“If You Want to be a Leader, You Must First be a Servant”This was the foundation of Daniel Rouzier’s training at the Global Leadership Summit in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Mr. Rouzier, an influential political and spiritual leader in Haiti, was among one of many world leaders that had the opportunity to share their thoughts, models, and insights with our Haiti staff during this two-day event. Mr. Rouzier specifically talked about servant-hearted leadership, something our global staff knows well. He encouraged them to lead and serve like Jesus Christ.
