About Las Lomas
Las Lomas, meaning “the hills” in Spanish, is a rural Guatemalan community nestled in mountainous terrain. Coffee is the primary crop, with many families also growing plantains and bananas, while some residents work in masonry. The community is known for its strong spirit of collaboration and active participation in projects that benefit everyone. Las Lomas has partnered with The 410 Bridge since 2018. The primary language spoken is Spanish.
Community priorities include improving educational opportunities for children, supporting their spiritual development through children’s Bible camps, and strengthening local leadership through ongoing Leadership Council training.

When you sponsor the community through 410 Bridge, you support programs and projects that allow the people to fix their own unique set of barriers. Every chance we get, we want to empower and lift up people to recognize that God has given them giftings and skills to move their communities forward to a better and more self-sustaining place.
Sponsoring the community, whether for $18, $23, $35, or more a month, allows for this to happen
