About Vista Hermosa
Vista Hermosa, meaning “Beautiful View,” is a rural Guatemalan community known for its scenic mountain landscapes. Formerly called Los Chujes, the community adopted its current name in 2005 following the creation of the municipality of Cantinil. Many residents work in masonry, coffee production, and vegetable farming, and the community is known for its humble, hardworking, and supportive spirit.
Vista Hermosa has partnered with The 410 Bridge since 2017. The primary language spoken is Spanish. Community priorities include improving educational opportunities for children, strengthening local leadership, supporting children’s spiritual development through Bible camps, and continuing support for children with special needs.

Sponsor Community
When you sponsor the community through 410 Bridge, you support programs and projects that allow the people to fix their own unique set of barriers. Every chance we get, we want to empower and lift up people to recognize that God has given them giftings and skills to move their communities forward to a better and more self-sustaining place.
Sponsoring the community, whether for $18, $23, $35, or more a month, allows for this to happen
GET TO KNOW THE COMMUNITY

Thanks to the sponsorship program of 410 Bridge, a boy who lost his parents and faced enormous challenges is now discovering the power of learning and dreaming. When Yowin López was just eight months old, his mother—already ill—held him tenderly in her arms. That moment, full of love, would be the last time he felt her warmth. Yet it marked the beginning of a story defined by faith, family, and opportunity—an opportunity brought to life through sponsorship.Today, at ten years old, Yowin continues to write a story of hope and resilience, made possible because a sponsor believed in him.
