The Ripple Effect of One Gift
Kennedy’s journey shows the lasting impact of sponsorship. Growing up in a small Kenyan village, he faced obstacles many of us could barely imagine: long walks to school, limited access to books, and a family barely able to afford daily meals. But through the 410 Bridge child sponsorship program, Kennedy received tuition, school supplies, uniforms, and, perhaps most importantly, consistent encouragement and mentorship.
“With sponsorship, I realized I could dream bigger,” Kennedy says. “I could see a future for myself beyond my village.”
Kennedy’s dreams led him to university, and now he serves as a mentor and leader in his community, encouraging the next generation of students to pursue education and follow Christ.
This is what happens when education meets the Gospel: lives are lifted out of poverty, rooted in faith, and equipped to transform their communities. In fact, more than 80% of 410 Bridge sponsored children continue to high school, and many go on to college — a dramatic change from their parents’ generation.

Why the Gospel Matters
In every 410 Bridge partner community, education is paired with discipleship. Teachers and pastors work together to ensure students are learning biblical truth alongside their school subjects. Many children hear about Jesus for the very first time through this program — and many make the decision to follow Him.
As Kennedy shares, “Learning about Jesus and having mentors who cared about my faith changed how I see myself and my future.”
Your Role in Their Story
You may never meet the child whose life you impact, but your gift will echo in their future — and in the lives they touch. Sponsorship helps with school uniforms, supplies, tuition fees, mentorship, and the chance to be part of a local church family, all while growing in faith.
A first day of school can lead to a first step with Christ — and a lifetime of impact.
Join us in giving children more than an education. Through 410 Bridge sponsorship, you can give them the chance to know Christ, pursue their dreams, and make a difference in their communities for years to come.
