Which Is Right for Me?

Our desire is to give people an outlet to use their God given gifts to serve others. We recognize though that there are a lot of opportunities out there and it can be confusing trying to figure out where to go, and how to choose what trip. The first step in “crossing the bridge” is to decide which of the below trips is best for you. From there you can drill down even further to make sure the trip you are going on best utilizes your time and gifts.
Open Trips:
Open Trips are for individuals or small groups interested in going on a service trip, but not traveling with a specific church or organization. Open trips are filled on a first come first served basis. Individuals interested in going on a open service trip must fill out an application. Once the application is processed and accepted, individuals must submit the trip deposit to secure their place on the team.
Group Trips:
Group service trips are for churches or other organizations to send a “closed” team exclusively for their group. Generally group trips must have a minimum of 10-15 people. The 410 Bridge collaborates with group leaders to organize and plan all aspects of the service trip, we build a trip itinerary that addresses the needs the community has identified while utilizing the unique gifts of the individuals on the team.
Vision Trips:
A 410 Bridge Vision Trip is designed to allow the leadership of the US local churches and/or organizations to see this new paradigm of missions at work in Kenya.
By participating in a 410 Bridge Vision Trip, you will have the opportunity to meet the people and villages of Kenya, meeting with their church and village leaders, to begin laying the foundation for relationship that is at the heart of our mission. We invite and encourage you to join us as we cast our vision for change in the hearts of Kenyans and Americans alike!
