Karogoto is creating a micro-business opportunity for a limited number of poverty-stricken women in the community. The project will manufacturer school uniforms for children in 410 Bridge Communities. Each knitting machine will be purchased in new condition and costs $1,175. One machine will be shared in shifts by 2-3 women in the project. Other needs associated with the Karogoto Knitting projected are also listed.
