Focus

Most organizations focus on the “what”.  Meaning they find something to do, and go do it anywhere there is a need.

The 410 Bridge strategy is a little different.  Rather than do what we do anywhere in the world there is need, we  focus our effort and go “deep” in one place.  Rather than being a mile wide and an inch deep, we want to be a mile deep and an inch wide.

The vision is to focus on key problem areas in one country, and over time move the needle in that country in such away that the rest of world would take notice and ask, “What happened there? Why is that country so different?”  Imagine… a new model of development that could then be applied to other countries.

For us… the where is Kenya.

We are currently serving in 12 communities in Kenya.  Each of these communities has their own leadership councils, priorities, and plans for development.  As we continue to grow concentrically around existing 410 Bridge communities, we expect to see communities begin to serve other communities and true development take hold.
